Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges depending on product availability and customer preference.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
